I recently work this silver headband to Royal Ascot in the Queen Anne enclosure, where I received so many compliments on it. It is comfy to wear and just looks absolutely fabulous, was a welcome change from wearing a hat/fascinator.

Also I must add the customer service I received from Katie at Willow & Hermione was outstanding, I could not be more grateful for them responding quickly and dealing with a last minute request. Already recommend them to many family and friends.

I just wanted to say a huge Thank You to Katie for creating my amazing headpiece for a wedding i recently attended. I had been looking for a long time for 'something a bit different' and quirky and luckily came across Katies website. I got in touch and explained what i was looking for and she immediatley came up with the answer!! Before i commited she kindly sent me a photo of 3 various proto types to choose from so i knew exactly what the design was going to be. The amazing thing was she only had 2 weeks to create and get it to me which she thankfully fulfilled. I had resigned myself to the fact if i couldn't find what i wanted then i would go hatless.
Katie went over and beyond and what an amazing experience to deal with her.

I cannot recommend WillowandHermione enough! I have never had anything custom made before so was a little nervous but the customer experience journey from beginning to end was exceptional! Every question was answered swiftly, I was consulted throughout and Katie even took the time to record me a video of how to wear the hat. The product itself was made with such attention to detail and I had so many compliments wearing it on the day. Thank you Katie! x
